We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our winter snow removal team. As a Snow Removal Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ properties are safe and accessible during the winter months. This is an on-call position requiring flexibility to work during early mornings, late nights, and weekends, depending on weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clear snow from driveways, walkways, parking lots, and other areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment.
- Operate snow removal equipment such as plows, blowers, and tractors safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to snow and ice events as needed.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme cold.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in snow removal or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

**Job Type**: Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
