**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the design and implementation of effective Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP) training programs tailored to various skill levels.
- Utilize various teaching methods to educate employees on safe work practices and procedures.
- Coach and evaluate employees through the successful completion of MEWP Practical testing and training scenarios.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training to reinforce learning.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop appropriate materials.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a training or educational role, preferably within a safety-based environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven training experience on Scissor Lifts and Mobile Boom equipment.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead groups effectively while fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A background in Health and Safety is beneficial, as it enhances understanding of employee needs during training sessions.
- Familiarity with various educational tools and technologies is a plus.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
