Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires strong hospitality skills, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Upsell additional items or specials to enhance the guest experience
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set up for the next guest
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guest
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
