**Job Summary**
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a positive dining experience. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and assist in seating arrangements while maintaining an efficient flow in the restaurant.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest services.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize restaurant flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including menus and waiting areas.
- Assist servers with food service as needed, ensuring timely delivery of meals.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding guest needs or special requests.
- Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for managing waitlists and reservations.
- Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous; knowledge of Micros POS is a plus.
