OTT Remit is the newest online remittance app launched by OTT Financial Inc., which allows customers to easily and quickly send money from Canada to their families and friends globally.

**About the Role**

We focus on driving conversion (new and returning customers) and customer retention, through best in class remittance customer journeys. Join the team at the heart of our remittance product, to support scaling OTT Remit through the next decade of growth by building highly-available backend transaction processing systems that reliably enable a seamless customer experience and rapid innovation at scale.

**Responsibilities**:

- To cooperate with company's strategic development, set the long-term and short-term vision and plan for company’s product.
- Responsible for product planning, implementation, and operation of APP, WebAPP and Website to ensure the delivery and quality of products.
- Responsible for product strategic planning, functional design, requirement documents, quality control and launch.
- Continuously explore in-depth product requirements, optimize user interaction design, improve user experience, and maintain product competitiveness and user loyalty.
- Leading the product team, translating product requirements into development tasks, formulating, and controlling the development process and coordinating the progress.
- Organize internal and external research about product analysis, modeling product and users; conduct user data analysis and find corresponding enhancement solutions; plan new product features; complete product function updates and provide core basis for decision making.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of product experience, familiar with mobile-end product design and web-based product design, had experience with launching successful products.
- Familiar with requirements analysis, prototyping, product design, development and product iteration and other aspects.
- Sensitive to industry; requirement organizing ability; product planning ability; event planning ability.
- Proficient in the use of Axure, Visio, Mindmanager, Figma and other product tools, capable to run assessment on technical implementation feasibility and technical cost.
- Strong sense of product operation, with certain strategies and execution capabilities for product brand, product reputation and product operation promotion.
