**Guest Services Coordinator (Part-Time)**:

Banda Volpi is currently seeking a **part-time Guest Services Coordinator** to support our executive team and collaborate closely with our events department in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. This entry-level administrative position plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest who interacts with our restaurants and teams.

**About the Role**:
As a Guest Services Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests across all Banda Volpi properties. You’ll be responsible for:

- Answering phone lines for multiple restaurants with professionalism and warmth
- Processing and coordinating gift card and product orders
- Supporting the events team with inquiries, booking logistics, and administrative tasks
- Delivering genuine, detail-oriented guest service that reflects Banda Volpi’s hospitality values

This role offers hands-on exposure to guest services, events, marketing, and executive operations — ideal for someone looking to grow their career in hospitality or office administration. You’ll work with a collaborative, high-performing team that values communication, creativity, and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is an asset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Weekend availability is required
