Harmony Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an exceptional sales person to join our organization.An individual who will be representing and selling our best in class home comfort heating and cooling solutions to our existing and rapidly growing client base.

An individual who maintains strong customer relationships with existing customers while developing new customer potential by offering professional, effective and efficient solutions.

We pride ourselves in providing world-class customer service and always delivering urgent, trustworthy solutions to our clients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communicates with existing customers to secure continuing sales and maintain strong customer relationships
- Offers professional, effective and efficient solutions to customer inquiries
- Provide quotations, technical support, literature, and other support/materials for customers
- Develops new customer potential by examining market opportunities and potential customer needs, tailoring products and services, and selling solutions to potential customers
- Consistently meeting deadlines within a fast paced work environment and works effectively within time constraints
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
- Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills as well as solid analytical and problem solving abilities
- Prepare and provide quotes and follow-up to potential customers
- Maintain client files
- Conducting follow up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Possesses knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to demonstrate and discuss with customers, be fluent in the functions and products of Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Ductless Units, Tankless units.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- A high sense of self-awareness with the ability to adapt and connect with new prospects in their environment.
- Positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Diligent listening skills to understand prospects needs, quickly assess opportunities and determine the best course of action
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills that put the customer at ease and create a comfortable selling conversation.
- Valid Driver's license
- Minimum 3 years HVAC sales experience
- Minimum three (3) years of business to consumer sales
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Be energetic and self-motivated.
- Maintain a business-like manner at all times.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekend’s
- Must have a clean criminal record

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
