Harmony Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking an exceptional salesperson to join our organization. This individual will be representing and selling our best in class home comfort heating and cooling solutions to our existing and rapidly growing client base.

A successful applicant will maintain strong relationships with existing customers while developing new customers by offering professional, effective and efficient solutions.

We pride ourselves in providing world-class customer service and always delivering urgent, trustworthy solutions to our clients.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Communicates with existing customers to secure continuing sales and maintain strong customer relationships
- Offers professional, effective and efficient solutions to customer inquiries
- Provides quotations, technical support, literature, and other support/materials for customers
- Develops new customer potential by examining market opportunities and potential customer needs, tailoring products and services, and selling solutions to potential customers
- Consistently meets deadlines within a fast paced work environment and works effectively within time constraints
- Demonstrates initiative with the ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
- Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills as well as solid analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proactively follows up with customers
- Maintains client files and completes administrative requirements with a high degree of accuracy
- Conducts satisfaction checks with customers after installation to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate a referral base

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Demonstrated prior success in sales role
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- A high sense of self-awareness with the ability to adapt and connect with new prospects in their environment
- Positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Diligent listening skills to understand prospects needs, quickly assess opportunities and determine the best course of action
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills that put the customer at ease and create a comfortable selling conversation
- Valid Driver's license
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Be energetic and self-motivated
- Maintain a business-like manner at all times
- Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends
- Must have a clean criminal record

Pay: $125,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
