**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a swim instructor or similar role is preferred but not required.

- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or Lifeguarding is a plus but can be obtained upon hiring.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

- 严格执行泳池规则与安全规定，确保营造安全、积极的学习环境。
- 与学员及其家长保持有效沟通，及时反馈学习情况与改进方向。
- 积极参与内部培训，不断更新教学技能和行业最佳实践。

**职位要求**
- 有游泳教练或相关岗位经验者优先（但不是必须条件）。
- 具备扎实的游泳技能，能清晰示范各种泳姿及技巧。
- 具备出色的沟通能力，能耐心且清晰地进行教学。
- 拥有CPR（心肺复苏术）、急救或救生员证书者优先，未持有者可在入职后取得。
- 能适应灵活工作时间，包括晚班和周末。
- 必须热爱教学工作，乐于助人，致力于帮助学员在游泳道路上取得成功。
