**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Title**:Management Trainee

**Reports to**:Global Pulses CEO

**Position Overview**:
As a Management Trainee at ETG Commodities Inc., you will embark on a journey of professional growth and development under the direct mentorship of our CEO. This role is designed to groom you for a senior managerial position within our organization, making you an integral part of our future leadership team. You will be exposed to various facets of our business operations through the lens of the Pulses Vertical.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Mentorship and Training: Work closely with the CEO to learn the intricacies of the agricultural commodities industry, especially in the Pulses Vertical. Gain insights into strategic decision-making, market dynamics, and international trade.
- Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of all processes involved in a grain origination company, including procurement, processing, quality control, and export logistics.
- International Trade: Gain exposure to international trade regulations, documentation, and compliance requirements. Assist in managing export and import activities.
- Team and Function Management: Learn how to manage teams and functions that currently report directly to the CEO, such as logistics, production, HR, and Quality. Understand their roles and responsibilities within the organization.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, conduct research, and analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges in the agricultural commodities industry. Prepare reports and recommendations for the CEO.
- Travel: Be prepared to travel both domestically and internationally to gain hands-on experience in different aspects of the business, such as visiting grain producers, processing facilities, and export destinations.
- Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects related to process optimization, cost efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to enhance business partnerships and market intelligence.

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Agriculture, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management.
- Fluent in Hindi
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ambitious and driven to excel.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
- Basic knowledge of grain trading or agricultural commodities is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
