**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception and Office Leadership**: Manage and optimize all aspects of office operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff alike.
- **Revenue Generation**: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, leveraging your sales acumen and understanding of our innovative medical treatments.
- **New Business Development**: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with referring physicians, medical networks, and potential partners.
- **Patient-Centric Approach**: Uphold the highest standard of patient care, making sure their needs are met, questions are answered, and their overall experience is exceptional.
- **Executive Support**: Provide dedicated executive assistance to streamline decision-making, communications, and tasks for company leadership.
- **Team Collaboration**: Foster a collaborative environment, liaising between medical professionals, administrative staff, and management to align goals and strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferrered.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and revenue growth.
- Experience in healthcare or medical-related fields, particularly within spine treatments and innovative therapies, is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, with the adaptability to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, both in managing teams and taking initiative.
