Your primary focus will be assisting customers in navigating our extensive furniture collection, tailoring recommendations to suit their individual tastes and needs. Armed with your outstanding interpersonal skills, you'll adeptly guide customers through their purchasing journey, transforming inquiries into successful transactions.
As a Sales Associate you will:
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills to uncover guests’ needs and assist them in purchasing the right solutions for their home.
- Draw on your selling skills to develop long term guest relationships.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Be knowledgeable in the competition’s assortments, pricing and service model.
- Take pride in the appearance of the store and together with the entire team ensure that the store is always neat, clean and well maintained.
Must-haves:
- Sales Experience
- Excellent communication, social & personable skills.
- Self-motivatation - you can take initiative.
- Exceptional work ethic and can work weekends and holidays.
- Passion for enhanced shopping experiences and solving client needs.

Salary is based on a base salary plus commission.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
