YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day support in maintaining and developing business process configurations, data and reports, and integrations of the HRIS and LMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People & Culture, IT and Finance, to support and develop system changes based on current and future policies, processes, and organizational needs, including the integration of new entities.
- Create and maintain clear, concise, and standardized system configuration requirement documents, including job aids.
- Provide support and ensure the overall performance of P&C platforms.
- Design, develop and customize people analytics dashboards and reports based on functional needs (headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment, internal movements, compensation, etc.)
- Perform data validation audits, corrections, and configurations to improve data integrity and ensure compliance with relevant teams (HR, payroll, internal control)
- Support the People & Culture centers of excellence with the optimization, digitalization, and execution of key business processes, including performance management, experience surveys and compensation.
- Collaborate on the digital roadmap for People & Culture and assist the product owner in managing the backlog. Provide proactive input to enhance the strategy and ensure the effective and efficient use of tools and modules.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
- 3+ years of experience working as an HR analyst (in-house or professional services firm), or similar.
- Subject-matter expertise of enterprise-level people platforms (HRIS, LMS, and EX) with strong working knowledge of business processes supported by these technology-based solutions.
- Proven experience with data & analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar.
- Proficiency with SQL queries and XML data manipulation language.
- Knowledge of Dayforce HCM, an asset.
- Strong data analysis, data verification and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing and business presentations in French and English.
- Ability to present business issues accurately and concisely to an audience and resolve them effectively.
- Comfortable working with all levels of management, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and demonstrating excellent collaboration skills.
