**_Job Duties_**

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for creating fully sufficient production order packages that will be used by production to fabricate custom designed parts exactly as per customer requirements

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Receive all customer orders and create a work order package that contains all information for fabrication
- Read engineering drawings, sketches and architectural drawings to prepare work orders
- Understand the order completely, remove unnecessary information and simplify the work order package for production to minimize chances of error
- Promptly and effectively communicates with the customer if there are any missing details or any ambiguity in producing the order
- Manage numerous work orders and correspondences with customers to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely fashion and remind customers to provide any clarifications
- Co-ordinates with the team to ensure that the order is within the scope of the company’s fabrication capabilities, there is sufficient inventory and provide order completion times to customers
- Analyze discrepancies between the quote and the order and inform the customer of any pricing changes
- Effectively use Excel to estimate material usage and perform calculations to prepare the production order
- Verify all dimensions and quantities in the order so that there are no translation errors
- Use Excel to subdivide large orders according to priority, location and sequence of installation

**_Qualifications:_**
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in related field
- Experience managing multiple orders simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

**_Skills Required:_**
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Extremely detail oriented
- A stickler for proper procedure
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid organizational and prioritization skills in handling multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and use all available resources
- Quick Learner
- Must be able to handle stress and deadlines as it is a very fast paced environment

**_Assets:_**
- Experience performing a similar role
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication

Other Information:

- Office is located in Woodbridge, Ontario in the Hwy 400 & Highway 7.
- Working hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Competitive Pay

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Reading Engineering Drawings: 2 years (preferred)
- Excel (basic formulas and filtering): 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
