**WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR**

**Opportunity**

Four All Ice Cream is looking for a Warehousing Coordinator to join our team. This position is for someone who is organized and takes initiative to solve problems and manage deadlines. We are a growing small-batch ice cream company obsessed with hand-crafting the best tasting, highest quality ice cream possible using local and seasonal ingredients. We are especially mindful of the dietary concerns and needs of our community and strive to make sure there is always an option for all ice cream lovers. **Responsibilities**:

- Packaging: Prepare product packaging for ice cream filling, including counting packaging, product labelling, lot code labelling ahead of ice cream production, in support of the production team.
- Product Transfer: Transfer finished products from the hardening freezer to the holding freezer. Verify that the product produced the day prior is accurately recorded. Report and update discrepancies as required.
- Case Packing: Complete the packing of finished products into case packs, ensuring they are prepared correctly for all distribution.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, report discrepancies, damages, or quality issues. Perform daily inventory updates when products are shipped. Complete daily inventory updates in Shopify to verify accuracy of stock.
- Freezer and Storage Organization: Manage the organization of freezers and storage areas. Ensure products are properly labeled with lot codes and stored with the oldest products most accessible.
- Supervise the receipt of incoming deliveries, ensuring products are handled carefully to prevent damage.
- Communication: Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations and address any logístical issues that arise.
- This role focuses on maintaining freezer inventory, and product organization ensuring smooth operations without direct involvement in driving products.
