Windsor, Canada Production Paint Stripping Full time

Production Paint Stripping (PPS) is a leading provider of paint stripping and metal cleaning services, having serviced the automotive and aerospace industries of southern Ontario for 30 years. PPS operates paint stripping facilities in Ontario and the United States.

We are looking for hard working, driven individuals to join our team PPS is a 24-hour operation facility, and there are open positions for all three shifts.

**Primary Duties**
- Packing and loading automotive parts and tooling.
- Pressure washing Parts.
- Stack & unstack materials.
- General housekeeping of work area.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Managing inventory levels.
- Working as a team player to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to OH&S and PPS safety standards.
- Ability to follow directions as provided by supervisor.
- Report any and all issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Overhead Crane and Forklift Operation, as required.
- Demonstrate a considerate, friendly, and constructive attitude toward fellow employees and the customer.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent, is preferred.
- Understanding of basic math calculations and strong attention to detail for inventory counts and order picking.
- Able to work safely and efficiently.
- Forklift license is a plus.
- Organizational skills.
- Professional oral and written interpersonal communications.
- Training will be provided.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 pounds) as needed.
- Ability to maintain a consistent workload that involves physical manual labor.
- Ability to maintain alertness and fitness for duty.
- Ability to position oneself for work conducted in and around confined spaces.
- Ability to wear as PPE as mandated.

**Compensation**
- Competitive pay.
