HMFT Inc. is a leader in the distribution of industrial fluid handling products. We are currently looking for a Shipper/Receiver for our Edmonton branch. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and seamless outgoing and incoming of shipments and inventory management of the warehouse area by processing all required paperwork accurately, preparing and scheduling shipment with different carriers/couriers, sorting and distributing incoming shipments, matching product with shipping orders, retrieving goods from shelf or holding area and preparing goods for shipment, as well as completing all needed packing slips and shipping paperwork.

Position requires:

- High school diploma or GED.
- Online shipping, tracking and receiving experience utilizing FedEx, UPS, Purolator and DHL.
- Forklift Certificate.
- At least 1 working experience in Shipping and Receiving role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills (both internal and external).
- Able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Knowledge of filling out waybills and bills of landing (Ideal).
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Computer literacy, including working skills of MS Office (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Strong attention to detail in all areas of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
