Is seeking experienced, Journeyman heavy equipment technicians to join our growing company. We are seeking Field technicians.

**Technician responsibilities will include;**
- Field service repair
- technical diagnostics
- Haul truck component replacement and rebuilds
- Bulldozer component replacements and rebuilds
- Track frame removal, inspection, repairs and installations
- Inspection reports
- Air conditioning repairs
- Brake testing and generating reports

These responsibilities will also include maintaining a fully tooled service truck, safely operating torquing tools, safely operating yard loaders and skid steers, filling out daily JSA's, FLRA's and looking up safe operating procedures to complete daily tasks.

**Required Qualifications are**
- Journeyman Red seal HET certification or an Alberta provincial HET certification
- A valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- The ability to work alone in a field setting or as a part of a team
- The ability to work through troubleshooting charts and read schematics
- The experience that's needed to analyze problems and come up with safe, effective solutions in a safe manner

**Safety training certificates required**
- Ossa/BSO Orientation
- First aid
- Fall protection
- Aerial lift
- WHMIS and TDG
- Drug and alcohol testing

All training will be provided but any previous training completed will be considered valid as long as the tickets are presented. There will also be ongoing technical training provided on certain types of equipment, Brake testing systems and air conditioning systems.

**Salary**: $54.00-$77.00 per hour
