Job Description FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician-Off Road Certification for a permanent position in Fort McMurray, AB starting December 10th. In this position, you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule, camp accommodations, flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Qualifications Valid Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification - Off Road required. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician. Large off-highway Caterpillar, Liebherr, Komatsu or Hitachi mining equipment experience. Oil Sands or sizeable open pit mining equipment experience. Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada) Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Valid driver's license with 3‑year driver abstracts. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
