**About the Role**

As a **Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant**, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll have the chance to work alongside a supportive and professional team in a modern, patient-focused environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures by adhering to prescribed protocols.
- Provide chairside assistance during dental treatments, including sterilizing and delivering instruments and materials.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, postoperative care, and treatment plans.
- Expose and develop radiographs; pour, trim, and polish study casts.
- Fabricate temporary restorations and maintain removable appliances.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist with managing dental emergencies and maintaining emergency preparedness.
- Document dental services in patient records accurately and confidentially.
- Coordinate with the front office team to check patient schedules, collect payments, and manage insurance documentation.
- Track lab cases and facilitate timely submission of treatment plans for predetermination.

**Qualifications**
- Certified Dental Assistant (RDA) with current CPR/BLS certification.
- Knowledge of dental nomenclature and procedures for both clinical and billing purposes.
- Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with infection control standards and OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
