**OUR VALUES**
RESPECT | ACCOUNTABILITY | INTEGRITY | SERVICE | COLLABORATION
Do you have the political finesse to navigate conversations with mayors, CAOs, and elected officials? Are you just as comfortable delivering a compelling presentation to a police board as you are having an informal meeting with a city councilor? If you’re equal parts strategic thinker, relationship builder, and trusted advisor—we want to meet you.
As our next **Government Relations Manager**, you’ll lead the charge in cultivating and maintaining high-impact relationships with government officials, partner agencies, community and business associations. Reporting to the Vice President of Communications & Public Affairs, you’ll serve as E-Comm’s key relationship manager at the political and senior administrative level, representing our interests with confidence, diplomacy, and heart.

- **Content and Messaging**
Own the creation of stakeholder-facing content—newsletters, advocacy materials, presentations, ensuring that they that strike the right tone and build trust, credibility, and momentum with our audiences
- **Emotional Intelligence in Action**
Channel confidence, empathy, and tact to make even the most skeptical public official feel heard, respected, and engaged. Bring gravitas to difficult conversations while maintaining professionalism and positivity

- A degree in communications, political science, public affairs, journalism, or a related field
- **7-10 years of experience** in government relations, public affairs, stakeholder engagement or communications
