At CORE Appliance Repair, we’re dedicated to offering fast, reliable, and expert service to home and property owners. As a key member of our team, you’ll help our customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances, ensuring they receive the best service in the industry.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Diagnose & Repair**: Bring your expertise to repair a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, washers, dryers, microwaves, and garbage disposals.
- **Install & Set Up**: Safely install new appliances, ensuring they function properly and comply with applicable standards.
- **Expert Troubleshooting**: Respond quickly to customer calls, accurately diagnose issues, and provide effective repair solutions.
- **Customer Communication**: Clearly explain repair options, estimates, and warranty details to customers in a professional manner.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and parts used through our work order management system.
- **Quality Focus**: Ensure every repair meets our high standards for quality and safety, delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work seamlessly with the Project Coordinator and other team members to ensure efficient scheduling and smooth service delivery.
- **Industry Awareness**: Remain aware of new appliance technologies and industry standards as they evolve.
- **Additional Skills**: Perform HVAC system cleaning and maintenance (a strong asset, but not required).

**Who You Are**:

- **Experience**: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on appliance repair experience (required).
- **Skills**: Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical knowledge, and attention to detail.
- **Customer Service**: A friendly, professional approach with the ability to communicate clearly and establish good relationships with customers.
- **Motivated**: Strong work ethic, reliable, and able to work independently or collaboratively with the team.
- **Education**: Formal training or certification in fields such as appliance repair, electrical, or mechanical trades is considered a strong asset.
- **Driver License**: Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
