Electrical Project Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of electrical projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Supervise project teams and coordinate activities among various stakeholders including engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct requirements management to ensure all project specifications are met.
- Utilize tools such as Procore and Fieldpoint.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure necessary resources for project completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of the project.
**Skills**
- Strong expertise in requirements management to effectively gather and document project needs.
- Proficiency in SAS for data analysis related to project performance metrics.
- Proven experience in supervising teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Exceptional project planning skills with a focus on time management to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills for managing vendor contracts and securing favorable terms.

Pay: $75,000.00-$119,016.72 per year
