**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze complex financial data sets to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop automated financial reports using **Power BI**, **Power Query**, **Python**, **VBA**, and other tools.
- Create data models and dashboards to track KPIs and trends.
- Clean, sort, and structure data for efficient analysis.
- Analyze **POS (Point of Sale) data** to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies and sales optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to provide data-driven insights.
- Support financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes through advanced data techniques.
- Work closely with the **VP of Finance** and other key stakeholders to support financial strategy.
- Report directly to the **FP&A Manager**, ensuring alignment with overall financial goals.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in data analysis, with strong knowledge of **Power BI**, **Power Query**, **Python**, and **VBA**.
- Skilled in automating data processes and streamlining workflows.
- Experience analyzing **POS data** to support marketing and sales strategies.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting fundamentals.
- Ability to manipulate large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
- Passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and financial success.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in Business**, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or other financial software.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
