**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble products and components according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and schematics.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to perform assembly tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Interpret technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints to ensure proper assembly procedures.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
- Assist with troubleshooting assembly issues and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience with assembly processes in manufacturing, construction, or woodworking industries.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in assembly tasks.
- Experience with construction-related skills such as cabinetry installation, flooring installation, tile laying, masonry, roofing, siding, or rebar installation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electrical or plumbing systems is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Prior maintenance person experience or construction estimating knowledge is beneficial but not required. This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills across multiple trades within a collaborative team environment.

Pay: From $17.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
