We are looking for a Furniture Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. We have strong manufacturer production chain in China and Vietnam.

Are you passionate about interior design and have experience working with modern contemporary furniture and accessories? Do you have an amazing customer service skills and love working with clients first hand? K Home Decor Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to work collaboratively with a highly talented team to help our customers create their dream space.

Ultimately, if you have a flair for interior design, a keen eye for color and furniture placement this could be the ideal position for you
- Perform sales skills through continuously creating sale opportunities to reach sales goals; such as, giving our clients advice on products or giving out promotions
- Ensure that communication between the client and all post-sales follow-ups are met and up to date; such as, delivery status and deadlines
- Participate in inventory management and receiving goods
- Ensure that the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store are met at all times.

**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Having own client base for end user is an asset
- Proficiency in English
- Proven strong collaboration spirit, enthusiasm, teamwork and interest in interior design
- Ability to provide an elevated service experience
- Relationship builder and lover of people and sales
- Proven sales track record and motivated by achieving goals
- Proven salesmanship and positive leadership
- Passionate about our products and designs
- High sense of urgency with diligent follow up skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products
- Conduct price and feature comparisons
- Price custom products
- Coordinate with the Manager and team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the head manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products
- Follow-Up with customer leads

- Competitive base pay plus commission
- Employee benefit plans will be provided after 3 month probationary period
