Full-time position with possibilty of part-time.

**What you would bring**:

- Minimum of high school degree.
- Trade certificate(s)are an asset.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French.
- Experience with water-based AC/Heating system (fan coils) is an asset.
- Initiative and resourceful.
- Organizational skills.
- Teamwork and client service oriented.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Create, maintain, and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
- Provide general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs throughout the property.
- Maintain all major site equipment such as boilers and elevators.
- Responsible for small construction in the Omnitrans office.
- Remains on-call 24/7 in the event of a major emergency.
- Maintains valid contracts and relationships with third-party vendors.
- Responsible for obtaining different quotes for projects and present options to his manager for approval.
- Coordinates, participates in and oversees all seasonal maintenance work such as landscaping and snow removal.
- Support maintenance in inventory supplies
- Monitor building security system, fire alarm panel and sprinkler system regularly for proper operation and report any discrepancies
- Respond to special requests by executives
- Assess if work required can be done internally or externally and determine which is the most cost effective
- Lead operational logistics for corporate events
- Ensure safety, per required safely guidelines, of employees and third parties

**Support maintenance when required with following duties**:

- Clean kitchens and cafeteria: counters, dishes, microwaves, coffee machine, walls, toasters, floors and refrigerators.
- Clean bathrooms; wash and clean: mirrors, sinks, walls, floors and toilets.
- Clean office areas and conference rooms: empty waste baskets, remove dust, operates the vacuum cleaner to debris off the carpet.
- Empty recycling paper receptacles.
- Responsible for snow removal around the building premises.
- Perform maintenance on the company vehicle.
- Perform all other tasks required.
