**Bookkeeper & Logistics Coordinator (Export Shipments)**

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a **Bookkeeper & Logistics Coordinator** to join our team and help manage financial records and coordinate export shipments efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Bookkeeping & Finance**

  • Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
  • Manage accounts payable (bills, payments) and accounts receivable (invoices, collections).
  • Reconcile bank statements and generate financial reports.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost tracking.

**Logistics & Export Coordination**

  • Handle export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, certificates of origin, etc.).
  • Coordinate freight bookings with carriers and freight forwarders.
  • Communicate with suppliers, shipping lines, and customers regarding shipment schedules and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
  • Track shipments and troubleshoot any delays or customs issues.

**Administrative Support**

  • Organize and maintain shipment records and contracts.
  • Assist with scheduling and general office tasks as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • **Experience**: Minimum two years of experience in bookkeeping and logistics coordination, preferably in an export or international trade environment.
  • **Software Proficiency**: QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • **Industry Knowledge**: Understanding of freight forwarding, international trade, and customs documentation.
  • **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • **Attention to Detail**: Highly organized with a keen eye for accuracy.
  • **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle shipment issues and resolve them efficiently.
