**About the role**:
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Marketing team as a Digital Marketing & Community Specialist based in Montréal.

We're looking for an energetic marketing specialist who will contribute to existing marketing programs while helping to develop new, creative ideas aligned with magicplan's goals. The ideal team member will help with content creation for lead generation and brand awareness campaigns, provide marketing support for digital campaigns, assist the sales team with creating marketing material, and more.

**What you'll do**:
You will be the go-to person for all the topics related to the magicplan community and digital marketing. You will work closely with the marketing, design, sales-ops, customer success, and account management teams. You will own the magicplan community project.
- Launch & maintain our magicplan community
- Plan quarterly content & campaigns for the community
- Build client-facing landing pages in HubSpot
- Create internal & external marketing materials (eg. newsletters, one-pagers, etc.)
- Plan and execute retention campaigns together with the customer success and account management teams
- Support the marketing teams in day-to-day activities

In the first 3 months, we´ll help you to:

- Learn everything about magicplan and its features
- Get to know your colleagues around the world
- Adopt company culture
- Start working on your first marketing tasks under mentoring of senior colleagues

In the next 3 months you should:

- Start taking over individual marketing tasks, with support from senior colleagues
- Collaborate on tasks with other teams (sales, pre-sales, account management)
- Get a full understanding of stakeholdership and processes

By the end of the year, we´ll make sure you are ready to:

- Work independently on the majority of tasks
- Take own initiative while developing marketing campaigns
- Take more ownership and responsibility

**About You**:
We are looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing & Community Specialist. A few things you need to have.
- Education - Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing, business or similar **or** equivalent relevant experience
- Experience - 1 - 3 years' of marketing experience
- Experience in SaaS environment would be considered an asset
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Ability to be proactive and self-motivated
- Experience in managing projects
- SEO experience would be an asset
- Knowledge of all social networking platforms and their respective advertising and analytics functions
- Strong relationship-building skills across teams
- Team player with exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Track record of effectively collaborating with remote teams
