Client Service Associate - Employee Benefits & Retirement Toronto, ON - Hybrid* About The Role As a Client Service Associate, you will oversee a block of clients in partnership with a Progressive Benefits Principal Consultant and work directly with a client’s Human Resource & Finance team in the overall day‑to‑day management of their employee benefit and retirement programs. You will be required to perform the following primary duties: Assist clients in a quick and efficient manner with any service related inquiries/concerns Monitor & prepare quarterly client reporting tied to the performance of their plans/programs Facilitate all aspects of the creation and preparation of annual renewal reports Coordinate and see through amendments for existing plans/programs Prepare marketing specifications for current and prospective clients Create and distribute communications to clients regarding their plans/programs Lead the implementation/transition of existing/prospective clients to a new insurer/provider Collaborate with the Principal Consultant on any project work as required Be able to educate/navigate clients on all aspects of their existing plans/programs Willingness to grow your industry knowledge so you are viewed as a subject matter expert As Progressive Benefits continues to evolve as an organization, so will our total service offering. This could/will result in additional duties to be added to the Client Service Associate role. Requirements for Consideration Post Secondary Education: University or College program Min. of 5 years of experience in an insurer and/or consulting firm focused on benefits & retirement Be fluent in the English language.
