Laterra is seeking a Landscaping Crew Leader. Under the guidance of the management team, the individual hired for this position will lead and train a crew, dedicated to the daily operations of our Installation business. This is a chance to join an expanding company committed to long-term growth.

**Duties / Responsibilities**:

- Oversees and manages daily crew responsibilities and hours
- Responsible for maintaining crews truck, trailer, and skid steer
- Ensures jobs are completed on time and on budget in a detailed manner
- Prepares accurate work orders and scopes of work with project manager
- Extensive knowledge pertaining to patios, retaining walls, decks, landscapes and drainage systems

**Basic Personal/Professional Attributes**:

- Ability to improvize and foster innovation
- Remain calm and productive under pressure and cope well with change
- Empower staff by fostering an environment of honesty, integrity, and understanding
- Able to drive project to completion on time
- Appreciation of client satisfaction
- Willingness to work long hours, including some Saturdays

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Skid steer experience
- 3 -5 years of experience in landscape field
- Proficient in plan reading and execution
