Vintage Chophouse and Tavern is currently searching for **Grill Cooks**to join their team.

**ABOUT THE JOB**

**Position: Grill Cook**

**Terms of Employment: Full time availability including weekends and late nights.**

**Job Duties**:

- **Clean and butcher different cuts of steak,**:

- **Prepare and cook full course meals,**:

- **Ensure quality of food is top notch and consistent,**:

- **Work with specialized cooking equipment,**:

- **Ensure that kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards,**:

- **Follow recipes and presentation specifications,**:

- **Meet dietary requirements where required,**:

- **Clean and maintain station.**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 year related experience - Knowledge about cooking temperatures, techniques and butchery including how to clean, cut and trim various meats.
- Knowledge about different cuts of steaks and preparation of meats.
- Availability must include weekends and late nights.
- Ability to communicate well with back and front of house staff.
- Able to demonstrate organization skills.
- Demonstrated experience in high volume restaurant required.
