As we expand our operations, we’re hiring **reliable and customer-focused on-call delivery drivers** to support our fast-growing team.

We are currently hiring **on-call cannabis delivery drivers** to operate as **independent contractors**. In this role, you will deliver cannabis products to customers while ensuring compliance with Ontario regulations and maintaining high standards of professionalism and discretion.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pick up and deliver cannabis products to customers within Oshawa and nearby areas
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
- Adhere to all AGCO and provincial cannabis delivery regulations
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and kilometers driven
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality

**Qualifications**
- Must have a **valid G Class Ontario Driver’s License**:

- Must own a **reliable vehicle** with valid auto insurance
- Must hold a **valid CannSell certification**:

- Must be **19 years of age or older**:

- Clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible, **on-call shifts**, including evenings and weekends
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to pass a background check

**Compensation**
- **$4.00 per completed delivery**:

- **$0.50 per kilometer driven (store to customer)**:

- **Tips are yours to keep (100%)**

This is a **contractor position**, not employment. You will be responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and vehicle maintenance.

**Schedule**
- On-call shifts
- Flexible hours
- Evenings and weekends as needed

- On the road (based out of Kindling Cannabis - Oshawa)
