**Job Summary**

**_There is an opportunity for full time year-round employment with our team. Spring, Summer & Fall responsibility will be running a crew or be part of a crew. _**

We are actively recruiting for the following positions:

- Loader Operators (Box pusher)
- Tractor Operators
- John Deere Tractor Operators (10-way blade)
- Skid Steer Operators
- Salt Truck Operators (valid and clean G-Class driver’s license required)

**Compensation and Bonus**:

- $25 to $32 an hour Heavy Equipment Operators plus $150 - $250 a week standby for Winter Season **(standby and hourly rate is based off experience)**:

- BONUS for referring a friend with perfect attendance at the end of the Winter Season
- Extra $$ Bonus for working over holidays

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**:

- Must be on call and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including Christmas & Holidays (Extra $$ Bonus for working over holidays)
- Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions
- Safe operation of equipment on parking lots and paved areas
- Efficiently move snow to designated areas
- Maintaining clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal
- Accurately read site maps and route books
- Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered
- Responsible for inputting daily accurate timesheets into your mobile device (LMN)
- Working smart cellular phone with data
- Arrive for your shift clear-headed and focused, free from drugs, alcohol, or medications that could impair your ability to operate equipment safely
- Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal.
- Previous experience in operating snow removal equipment and/or tractor/loaders & salters is an asset
- Must have a valid and clean G class driver’s license if operating Salters/4x4 Plow/Sidewalk Crew Truck
