**JOB TYPE**: Part-time, Permanent.

**AVAILABILITY**: 3 days/week. Mon, Thurs, Sat.

**STARTING WAGE**: $16.00 hourly

**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products and knowledge of promotions
- Handle cash and perform opening and closing duties
- Replenish merchandise, monitor floor stock and process shipments
- Assist with merchandising and store maintenance
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current deals/promotions
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance operational efficiency and achieve daily objectives
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times
- Perform other duties as required

**WHAT YOU OFFER**
- Hairstylist experience is preferred
- Experience in a leadership role is as asset
- Positive, outgoing and friendly personality
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using computers
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to always be learning about the rapidly changing hair + beauty industry and products
- Passion for retail sales with the ability to make sales & achieve performance targets
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with guests
- Motivated and creative team player
- Comfortable in a pet friendly atmosphere

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
