**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Assist in managing inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Utilize strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Experience**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills are essential for accurately processing payments and making change.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures is beneficial to ensure safe service practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in drink preparation.
