**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated seasonal team member (with potential for year-round opportunities) to assist with a variety of tasks this holiday season. As a Part-Time Seasonal Worker, you will help ensure our store runs efficiently by assisting with warehouse work, online order fulfillment, stocking shelves, and cashier duties. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that offers the opportunity to engage with customers while also managing the behind-the-scenes operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers with product recommendations and queries
- **Warehouse Duties**: Help with inventory management and lifting/stocking products (up to 9kg per box)
- **Online Order Picking and Packing**: Process and fulfill online orders, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch
- **Shelf Stocking**: Restock shelves and organize products, ensuring that displays are neat and well-stocked
- **Cashier Duties**: Operate the register, process transactions, handle cash/card payments accurately, and ensure that customers who appear under age of majority have valid ID proving date of birth
- **Store Maintenance**: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-maintained to create a welcoming shopping environment
- **Assistance with Promotions**: Help set up and manage in-store promotions or special events

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interest in or knowledge of liquor, wine, and craft beverages
- Ability to lift boxes up to 9kg (warehouse and stock duties)
- Comfortable with picking, packing, and organizing online orders
- Previous experience in retail, warehousing, or similar roles is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must have valid ProServe
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
