**Responsibilities include**:

- Supervising and training apprentices efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrate Leadership skills for ongoing projects and ensure plumbers know what they are doing and have what they need.
- Decision making and problem-solving, while multi-tasking
- Leading residential renovation projects and custom new builds
- Prepare list and order material for specific projects
- Point of contact for builders/contractors, site supervisors, foreman's, and project manager's
- Maintain up to date paperwork and balance lists for all projects
- Helping in the service department when needed and available
- Water Treatment service and installation when needed and available
**Requirements include**:

- A valid Journeyperson Plumbing License through Skilled Trades Ontario.
- 5 or more years Residential renovation experience preferred
- Knowledge of Ontario and local plumbing codes
- Ability to work independently and is a self-starter
- Exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to educate customers on plumbing systems
- Time management skills to ensure a project stays on time

**Salary**: $40.00-$50.00 per hour
