Le ou la spécialiste comptabilité analytique participe à la préparation, la consolidation, l’analyse et à la présentation des résultats financiers périodique d’Agropur Canada. Cette personne aide à fournir une vision financière globale des opérations canadiennes. Elle participe également à l’amélioration continue des processus et à l’implantation des meilleures pratiques comptables et d’analyses.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Participe activement au processus de fin de période en préparant, supportant et révisant les documents d’analyse des résultats financiers périodiques, trimestriels et annuels (coordination, vérification, consolidation des explications et analyse des écarts) pour une catégorie et département d’Agropur Canada.
- Participe au développement des outils d’analyse avec multiples bases de données, l’automatisation, l’optimisation et l’harmonisation de rapports.
- Produit différents rapports financiers et indicateurs de performance périodiques, trimestriels et annuels pour la haute direction et le conseil d’administration.
- Supporte les directeurs de catégories dans l’explication des résultats et questions ad hoc.
- Responsable de certains dossiers annuels tel que la déclaration des frais environnementaux et déclaration de Statistiques Canada.
- Participe au processus budgétaire annuel et prévisionnel.
- Participe à divers projets spéciaux et prépare des analyses ad hoc pour la direction.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, spécialisation en comptabilité ou finance, ou expérience équivalente.
- Titre CPA ou équivalent.
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience pertinente.
- Avoir une connaissance du domaine manufacturier (un atout).
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels micro-informatique dont Excel avancé (fonctions diverses, tableau croisé dynamique, power query).
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) à l’oral et à l’écrit. La personne aura à collaborer avec des partenaires hors du Québec.
