*Job Summary*

*Responsibilities*
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Cook food in various utensils or grillers
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Monitor stock and let management know when there are shortages
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
- Scan goods and collect payments
- Attend deli counter by slicing and weighing out deli meats
- Attend ice cream counter
- Issue receipts, change, or tickets
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
- Keep reports of transactions

*Experience*
- Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong upselling skills to promote products or services
- Excellent phone etiquette for customer inquiries
- Ability to sell products effectively
- Good grasp of basic math for accurate transactions
- Conduct product demonstrations when required
- Experience in cashiering or related roles preferred
- Proficient in cash handling procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.70 per hour
