About Us

We are a well-established tree care company providing professional arborist services for both residential and commercial clients. From private homes to utility and municipal contracts, we pride ourselves on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview

You must be confident in quoting residential tree work, including removals, pruning, and risk assessments, and managing homeowner relationships from quote to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site visits and assessments to determine the scope of work
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for residential homes, commercial properties, and utility clients
- Schedule and manage crews to ensure timely project completion
- Coordinate with customers, internal staff, and field teams to ensure clarity and quality
- Track job progress and support billing accuracy
- Maintain safety compliance and ensure proper field documentation and photo records
- Follow up with all customer inquiries and site visits within 24 hours
- Collaborate with dispatch to align crew assignments with site visits
- Support company growth by identifying opportunities in both residential and utility markets

**Qualifications**:

- ISA Certified Arborist (required)
- UTT (Utility Tree Trimmer) certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in arboriculture, estimating, and project management
- Experience pricing and managing residential tree work
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job tracking platforms (ex. SmartSheet)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
