Your typical day would include making time-sensitive food deliveries to restaurants and docks. All deliveries are produce and are light but bags of carrots and potatoes are 50lbs. Approximately 20% of a given order is heavy. About 30% of the time is spent driving on the road and 70% of the time is spent making deliveries using a dolly.
