**About Paul Ayotte Insurance Brokers Ltd.**

Paul Ayotte Insurance Brokers Ltd. is a family owned independent general insurance brokerage with 5 offices in Northern Ontario.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact for walk in clients and direct them to the appropriate office team member
- Process clients payments as well as make deposits
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintain and update client information accurately
- Attend to billing inquiries
- Receive and take appropriate action with incoming documents.
- Work on renewal exception report
- Review account renewals and conduct follow-up activities, as assigned.
- Prepare letters and other documents related to client accounts, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma
- Computer Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required
- Knowledge or experience in insurance an asset

**Salary**: $29,200.00-$32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
