Position Description **ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER**:** Who is an Assistant General Manager?** The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience.
