**Job Summary**:
As a Store Manager at Fuwa Fuwa, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring that customers receive outstanding service. You will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining store performance, and creating a positive work culture. Your leadership and passion for customer satisfaction will help ensure the success of the store and the development of your team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of baristas and other staff, ensuring that all employees are trained and motivated to provide the best customer experience.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing the store, managing inventory, and ensuring product quality.
- Drive sales by motivating the team to meet sales targets and introducing promotions to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure that all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met and maintained at all times.
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage store budgets, costs, and staffing levels to optimize profitability.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure that all store displays and products meet Fuwa Fuwa’s visual standards.
- Implement Fuwa Fuwa policies, procedures, and corporate strategies in alignment with store goals.
- Lead by example in demonstrating excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Basic financial acumen and experience with budgeting and managing costs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A passion for Pancakes, Brunch and the Fuwa Fuwa brand is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
