Wolfpack Protective Services Inc. currently requires an Asset Protection Investigator in the Greater Sudbury area. We are looking for someone who has the experience, knowledge, and drive to advance within our operation.

**Requirements**:

- Ontario Security Guard License.
- Valid First Aid, CPR and AED certificate.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Have previous experience working in a Tactical Guard/Asset Protection environment.
- Ability to recognize high risk persons (training provided).
- Understanding of the Criminal Code of Canada.
- Understanding of the Trespass to Property Act
- Have the ability to use your words to de-escalate situations and recognize when safety is at risk requiring disengagement and Police involvement.
- Strong focus on customer service, both with the client and their staff, along with their customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Patrol the interior of the site to ensure you always have a visual of the activities.
- Observe and analyze patrons entering/shopping within the client site to focus your time and attention on those who pose a higher risk to the safety and security of the site. (Training provided/required)
- Work with and communicate regularly with site Management/supervisors to always ensure the highest level of protection.
- Interact with a diverse group of patrons, some of which may have Cognitive Impairments causing unusual interactions/behaviours.
- Follow site protocol when dealing with aggressive patrons, utilizing your training to ensure a safe and satisfactory resolution whenever possible.
- Regular note taking and report writing.

**Availability**:
**Weekdays**
- Day shift - range in times between 0800 hrs and 1800 hrs
- Evening shift - range in times between 1800 hrs and 2200 hrs

**Weekends**
- Day shift - range in times between 0800 hrs and 2000 hrs
- Evening shift - range in times between 1600 hrs and 2200 hrs

**_WE DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE OVERNIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR THOSE WHO CAN WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY OR HAVE DAYTIME AVAILABILITY ON WEEKENDS._**

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Security Guard: 1 year (preferred)
- using the Criminal Code of Canada: 1 year (preferred)
- Enforcing the Trespass to Property Act: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English Fluently (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Security Guard License (required)
