This is a key role within the organization where you will be a driver of world class client service, focused business growth, and related coordination. If you have a strong customer service background combined with a strong desire to play a more active role in growing our business through sales - this role is for you This will be perfect for a student who can learn office administration and business processes.

RICHELIEU HARDWARE (rch.tse) is headquartered in Montreal, Quebec and are a leading distributor, importer and manufacturer of specialty hardware and complementary products in North America. The company employs more than 2,200 people globally.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be bringing the following:

- Experience in client service, sales, and / or business administration desirable.
- Studies in sales, marketing, business administration, commerce or other related discipline (asset)
- Competitive spirit shown through previous successes
- Industry experience (asset)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Accuracy and good time management is required
- French / English bilingual speaking and writing (asset)

Each day will be different, yet main responsibilities will entail:

- Administration and order processing for our Canadian & US clients
- enter customer orders into Epicor
- Retrieve and load electronic orders
- Check for accuracy of pricing and information
- Customer calls
- Interaction with operations team
- Managing client relationships though receiving incoming sales calls, warranty claims, and quotes with Canadian and US clients
- Looking for areas where you can present more value to our customers and owning that process
- Daily communications with an established network of internal territory sales managers
- Coordinate with operations to efficiently process orders
- Related administration through the ERP and other software
- Other duties as assigned

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
