Paver Restoration Technician - Seasonal Skilled Labour (Construction/Hardscape)

Pure Pavers is a growing hardscape restoration company servicing clients from Oakville to Niagara. We specialize in restoring interlock driveways, patios, and walkways by lifting and re-leveling pavers, rebuilding the base, pressure washing, sanding, and sealing with high attention to detail.

We are looking for a skilled, motivated, and reliable individual to join our restoration crew for the 2025 season. This role is ideal for someone with construction or landscaping experience who takes pride in physical work, wants to learn a proven system, and is looking to be part of a team that actually values craftsmanship and effort.

This is a seasonal (May-November) full-time position with opportunity for future leadership or return roles for high performers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Re-level uneven or sunken pavers on residential patios, walkways, and driveways
- Excavate and rebuild stone bases using HPB (High-Performance Bedding) and compact it properly
- Pressure wash interlock surfaces and blow out joints in preparation for sanding
- Install polymeric sand (G2) and seal surfaces using our trusted method
- Load and organize tools, materials, and keep the job site clean and safe
- Assist with inventory management and basic job documentation (photos, notes)
- Collaborate with the team to meet quality standards and daily goals
- Communicate respectfully with clients and represent the Pure Pavers brand on-site

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in interlock, landscaping, or general construction
- Understanding of slope, grading, compaction, and drainage principles
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in doing the job right
- Physically fit and able to lift, bend, carry, and work in hot weather
- Comfortable using common landscaping tools and power equipment (compact plate, saws, etc.)
- G driver’s license and access to transportation preferred (not required, but valued)
- Reliable, respectful, and team-oriented—this is a tight crew, and culture matters

- $24.20-$30/hour depending on experience, skills, and initiative
