**Position Summary**
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who thrives on delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for both current and prospective customers—owning the end-to-end order process and ensuring every request is handled accurately, efficiently, and with care.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and sales partners, build strong relationships with customer accounts, and play a key role in making sure every order reflects our commitment to quality, reliability, and service excellence.
**What You’ll Do**
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer orders are processed, shipped accurately, and delivered on time
- Actively monitor service quality across accounts, ensuring expectations are met—and exceeded whenever possible
- Manage customer requests and day-to-day correspondence, including inventory inquiries, production updates, and order status
- Coordinate customer artwork requests and approvals as required
- Manage production package approvals with customer accounts and communicate updates to internal teams
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date account records, including order history and outstanding items
- Submit clear and timely order instructions to support smooth and efficient order processing
- Prepare invoice adjustments as needed
- Investigate customer concerns and escalate issues promptly when resolution requires additional support
- Follow up on service calls and inquiries within a 4-hour window whenever possible
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team and business priorities
**What You Bring**
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience, ideally within the golf or sportswear industry
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- A professional, ambitious, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- A problem-solving approach and a genuine desire to deliver great service
Compensation & Benefits
**Base salary**: $40,000-$42,000 per year
**Benefits**: Eligible after 3 months of employment
Pay: $40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
