Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical professional to join our team. This hybrid role blends strategic advisory in technology with business development expertise to help clients navigate complex challenges and achieve impactful outcomes. You will work across diverse industries, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, and delivering value by bridging business needs with tech solutions.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align technology solutions with client business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor research, generate hypotheses, and perform analysis to provide data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create business proposals, workshop materials, and deliverables that align with project objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to client challenges.
- Build and foster client relationships, identify business opportunities, and drive growth initiatives.
- Mentor and coach other team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to identify growth opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Understanding of user experience design and design thinking.
- Fluency in English and French
